MINUTES
AGENDA:
1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:04
Dan Miller, Dave Kreutz, Bonnie Eisenberg, Peter Pruett were the board members present
Also present were Kathy Steckel, Steve Simpson and Marie Stucker
2. New business
a. Meeting of the HR Committee to discuss changes to the PTO Policy.
Under consideration is the payout of PTO above the existing cap. After discussion, it is proposed that PTO above the cap be paid out at 75% of the existing wage. The HR committee will bring this proposal to the next board meeting and Kathy will develop the wording for the HR Manual.
